After earning her B.A. in Neuroscience, Serena collaborated with diverse research teams investigating clinical outcomes following traumatic brain injury and identifying effective pharmacotherapies for preventing opioid relapse, contributing to meaningful discoveries in neuropharmacology and cognitive rehabilitation. She has since gained extensive experience in clinical settings, working closely with patients and physicians to enrich her practical knowledge, refine her approach to patient care, and serve as a dedicated clinical supervisor.
Now a certified Sound Practitioner through the SoundEmbrace Institute, Serena draws from her background in health and neuroscience, along with firsthand strategies she developed for managing attention and focus, to empower those looking to improve challenges with attention and cognitive function naturally. Utilizing the benefits of the parasympathetic nervous system, she creates space for strengthening mind-body connection and cultivating meditation skills.
