Heal Through Sound: Discover the Power of Vibrational Therapy
Using sound therapy to reset the nervous system, enhance emotional regulation, and support holistic health
Approach & Mission Statement
Somatic Sound is founded on the belief that sound therapy is a powerful tool for transformation—improving mental health, memory & focus, and physical well-being.
Through consistent guided sound immersion sessions, participants can deepen their mind-body connection, develop mindfulness and meditation skills, and empower themselves to identify and change habits that do not support their well-being. By creating an experience that induces relaxation and mental clarity, Somatic Sound helps individuals cultivate a more functional, happy, and authentic, and fulfilling life experience.
For busy professionals seeking to disconnect from work when needed, Somatic Sound provides an essential opportunity to quiet the mind, and reset. By integrating intentional pauses for restoration, individuals can step away from daily demands and return to their personal lives with renewed presence, balance, and clarity—allowing them to be fully engaged in the moments that matter most.

Meet the Practitioner
Serena Seyburn
After earning her B.A. in Neuroscience, Serena supported diverse research teams investigating clinical outcomes following traumatic brain injury and identifying effective pharmacotherapies for preventing opioid relapse, contributing to meaningful discoveries in neuropharmacology and cognitive rehabilitation. She has since gained extensive experience in clinical settings, working closely with patients and physicians to enrich her practical knowledge, refine her approach to patient care, and serve as a dedicated clinical supervisor.
Now a certified Sound Practitioner through the SoundEmbrace Institute, Serena integrates her background in health and neuroscience to support individuals facing various challenges that can be addressed with sound therapy, with a particular focus on cognitive challenges and strengthening control of attention naturally. Serena’s approach to use sound therapy to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and slow down brainwave states allows participants to enter a state of consciousness which allows them to strengthen mind-body connections, empowering themselves to recognize their unique cognitive processes and develop meditation skills to foster lasting growth.
